Robins Center Policies
ADA (AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT)
The Robins Center offers ADA compliant seating in the following sections: Section 3, Section 9, Section 14, and Section 20. Accessible seating is also available on the Terrace Concourse level in Sections 5, 7, 16, and 18. Terrace Concourse handicap seats can be accessed by the East or West elevators. To reserve accessible seating in advance call the ticket office at 1-877-SPIDER-1. ADA parking is available in Lot C67 which is located between Robins Stadium and Millhiser Gymnasium and is accessible from College Road.
ALCOHOL
Beer and wine is available for sale to individuals of legal age. Wristbands are required for purchase and can be obtained only with valid government identification. Alcohol sales will not begin until 90 minutes prior to the game and will end at the 10-minute mark of the second half. A maximum of two alcoholic beverages may be purchased at a time. Alcohol may not be removed from the Robins Center.Â
ARTIFICIAL NOISEMAKERS
Artificial noisemakers (air horns, cowbells, etc.) are not permitted in the Robins Center. Be considerate and allow your neighbor to enjoy the game.Â
BABY-CHANGING STATIONS
All restrooms on the ambulatory level, Women’s and Men’s, are equipped with baby-changing stations. A baby-changing station is also located in the Family Restroom which is behind the Bugg Terrace on the terrace concourse level.Â
BANNERS, SIGNS, & FLAGS
Banners and signs may not be displayed during play of games or performances due to sightline restrictions. Signs may not be placed on railings or walls. Poles or sticks that are used to display banners, flags, or signs are not permitted. Additionally, banners and signs that are offensive, vulgar, or commercial in nature will not be permitted in the Robins Center.Â
CAMERAS
Still cameras with lenses less than six inches are allowed, however flash photography and the use of stands/tripods are not permitted. Personal video cameras are not permitted in the Robins Center.
CONCESSIONS
There are six concession stands on the concourse level: three on the East Concourse and three on the West Concourse. All concessions accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover while the southernmost (closest to Pitt Field) concession stands on each concourse will also accept a valid Spidercard.Â
CONDUCT
The visiting team’s players, personnel and fans, as well as game officials, are guests of the University of Richmond. Harassment of the visiting team, its fans, or game officials will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the Robins Center.
The Game Operations Staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where guests can enjoy the game free from unacceptable behavior, including the following:
• No unruly or disruptive behavior
• No obscene or indecent clothing allowed
• No obscene gestures
• No foul or abusive language
• Intoxicated guests, or guests showing signs of impairment related to alcohol, will be removed from venue
• Interfering with another fan’s ability to enjoy the game is prohibited
• No standing or sitting in the aisles
• No throwing of objects
Derogatory comments directed towards officials, student-athletes, coaches, team representatives, university employees and fans regarding race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression and national or ethnic origin will not be tolerated and will be grounds for removal from the site of competition.
Our Game Operations Staff reserves the right to determine what is unruly or unacceptable behavior; therefore, warranting removal from the venue. If anyone is interfering with your enjoyment of our facility, please contact the nearest member of the Game Operations Staff for assistance. Guests in violation of policies are subject to removal from the event, arrest and prosecution under the applicable laws and statutes, and could forfeit the right to ticket privileges. Students who violate Robins Center policies are subject to university disciplinary procedures and/or loss of ticket privileges for future athletic events.
ELEVATORS
Elevators are available on the East and West side of the Robins Center. Please see below for locations that can be accessed by each elevator.
West Elevator
• Access to the concourse level from the lower west lobby/court level
• Access to Spider Club Terrace and Johnson Terrace
• Access to Terrace Level Ring Sections 15-19
East Elevator
• Access to Bugg Terrace, Babb Family Terrace and Johnson Terrace
• Access to Terrace Level Ring Sections 4-8, 10,13
• Access to Family Restroom
GUEST SERVICES KIOSK
The Guest Services Kiosk is located on the North Concourse behind Section 21.
LOST AND FOUND
All lost and found items should be turned into the Guest Services Kiosk located at the North Entrance concourse level (main entrance). On the next business day following a game, lost and found items will be left at the Robins Center Ticket Office. This office can be reached at 804-289-8388 or 1-877-SPIDER-1. Please report any lost persons to the nearest Game Operations Staff or Law Enforcement Officer in your area.
MERCHANDISE
Guests can purchase Spider merchandise in the Robins Center at the Spider Shop located on the North Concourse, behind Section 2.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
·       Backpacks or large bags (media personnel may bring in these bags, and they are subject to search)
·       Baby strollers
·       Glass bottles or aluminum cans
·       Coolers or containers
·       Fireworks, firearms, or other weapons
·       Artificial noisemakers, including bullhorns, cowbells, horns, whistles, drums, and megaphones
·       Outside food and beverage
·       Skateboards or rollerblades
·       Water bottles or mugs
·       Items that can be thrown such as balls, frisbees, and other inflatables

RE-ENTRY
Re-entry to the Robins Center is strictly prohibited. Guests are not allowed to leave the Robins Center at any time and return, including halftime. Re-entry is permitted should the Robins Center be evacuated due to an emergency.
SMOKING
The Robins Center is a smoke free facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and around the perimeter of the Robins Center. This policy also applies to alternative smoking devices such as electronic or vapor cigarettes.
WILL CALL
Tickets reserved and placed at Will Call can be claimed at Ticket Booth 2Â by the North Entrance beginning 90 minutes prior to tip-off. A government-issued photo ID must be presented to claim all tickets and credentials. Tickets and credentials will only be given to the individual listed in Will Call with a matching and valid ID.
