New VCU Policy

Season ticket holders will have first access to request additional tickets to the VCU game at a discounted rate. When this special pre-sale period begins, season ticket holders will be able to submit a request for the number of additional tickets they would like to purchase. At the end of the request period, the quantity of tickets awarded and seat locations within the Robins Center will be determined by Spider Club priority points and the number of season tickets in their account.

As an example, if you have six season tickets, you will be able to purchase up to six additional tickets to the VCU game. You will be called to select these seat locations based on your Spider Club priority. If at the end of this process there are still VCU tickets available, additional tickets will be made available to Spider Club members, up to a maximum of 10 tickets per account.

In order to have the best chance of purchasing the maximum number of VCU tickets, be sure to donate to the Spider Club and purchase as many season tickets as you can use.
