Q: I have a comment, complaint or question. Who do I talk to?
A: If you have a comment, complaint, or question, please e-mail RobinsStadium@richmond.edu. If you are a neighbor in the immediate vicinity of campus and have a concern on football game days, please call the Good Neighbor Hotline at 804-289-8715. If you are a guest at the game, please visit the Guest Services Kiosk on Lessing Plaza, or seek any member of the Game Operations Staff.
Q: Can I purchase away game tickets?
A: Yes, you may call the Robins Center Ticket Office to purchase tickets for away games or click HERE.
Q: Can you recommend some area hotels?

Q: What do I need to do to get a message on the scoreboard or over the public address system?
A: Unfortunately due to the in-game requirements, messages on the videoboard or public address system are limited to emergency situations and must be approved by the Department of Athletics prior to game day.
Q: What can I bring into the stadium?
A: Items not allowed in Robins Stadium can be found on the Robins Stadium Policies page under 'Prohibited Items.'
Q: My tickets were destroyed, lost, or stolen. Help!
A: Prior to game day, the Robins Center Ticket Office can reprint your lost or stolen pre-paid ticket, so please call 1-877-SPIDER-1 for assistance. On game day, please proceed to Ticket Window 1 at Robins Stadium with a valid government issued photo ID to reprint your ticket. Tickets will only be reprinted for the individual who purchased the tickets with a valid ID matching the name on the ticket account.
Q: How much does it cost to park?
A: Single-game parking passes are available to purchase (price varies on a per game basis) by calling the Spider Ticket Office at 1-877-SPIDER-1.
If you are attending a football game at the University of Richmond and do not have a parking pass, there is no cost to park in a University lot. Those guests without parking passes will be directed by the Game Day Operations Staff and Law Enforcement Officers to general parking lots throughout campus. Q: How do I purchase a parking permit?
A: Season long parking permits and single-game parking passes (availability varies on a per game basis), are available to purchase calling the Spider Ticket Office at 1-877-SPIDER-1. All permitted lots are capacity-controlled to assure parking for all permit holders.
Q: Where is the ticket office located?
A: The Robins Center Ticket Office is located in the main lobby of the Robins Center on the lower level facing College Road.
Q: What are the hours of the ticket office?
A: The Ticket Office's normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET. The ticket office will open two hours prior to kickoff on game day
Q: Where are Will Call, Player, Guest, and Prospect Ticketing located?
A: Will Call is located at Ticket Window 2, which can be found on the concourse level outside the Robins Center. Richmond player/coach guests and prospect tickets are all digital. Tickets will be sent via email or text 24 hours prior to kick and can be downloaded to a mobile wallet. Visiting team player and coach guest tickets will also be sent via email or text 24 hours prior to kick to be downloaded to a mobile wallet.
Q: How do I contact Lost & Found after the game?
A: All lost and found items are to be turned into the Guest Services Kiosk located on Lessing Plaza near Gate C. Beginning the Monday following each home game, lost and found items will be left at the Robins Center Ticket Office. This office can be reached at 804-289-8388 or 1-877-SPIDER-1.
Q: Can I re-enter Robins Stadium?
Re-entry to Robins Stadium is strictly prohibited with the exception of an emergency evacuation.
Q: Can I receive a refund or resell my tickets?
Tickets cannot be resold at Robins Stadium and the University of Richmond is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
There are no refunds on tickets, but you may sell your tickets on our official fan-to-fan marketplace SeatGeek. To sell your tickets on SeatGeek, log into your Account, go to “My Account” in the top right corner, and then click “Sell on SeatGeek".
Q: Where are all of the ticket windows?
Robins Stadium guests will be serviced by two ticket windows on game days, which open two hours prior to kickoff.

Q: Is there handicap access?
Handicap seating is available in Sections 103-107, 113-116, and in the end-zone seating sections 110-111 and 118. Gates C and H at Robins Stadium are handicap accessible. Please note, handicap seats in Sections 110-116 are ONLY accessible through Gate H. Handicapped seats in Sections 103-107 are ONLY accessible through Gate C.
