Cross Country
- Did not compete in any of the three events during the winter cross country season
- Opened the 2021 season with a 60-meter hurdles prelim time of 9.08 to advance to the finals where she took third-place with a time of 8.97
- At the Kenneth Giles Norfolk State Invitational, took second in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.73. She posted a time of 9.04 in the prelims to advance
- Made her collegiate outdoor season debut in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.17 to finish sixth in the fourth heat of the prelims at the NC State Raleigh Relays
- Teamed up with Tania Matthews, Tamar Accius and Kayla Woods to finish fourth in the second section and tenth over all in the 4x100 relay with a time of 47.28 at the Raleigh Relays
- Won the 100-meter hurdles with a personal best time of 14.69 at the 55th Colonial Relays
- Won her 100-meter dash section and 11th overall with a time of 12.40 at the 55th Colonial Relays
- Broke the UR program record in the 100m hurdles with a first-place time of 14.17 at the Mason Spring Invite
- At the UVA Challenge, finished fourth in the third section of the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.85
- On the first day of the A-10 Championship, won the third heat in the 100-meter hurdles with a personal best time of 13.86 to lower her UR program record and advance to the finals
- Opened the A-10 Championship finals with a second-place finish in the 100-meter hurdles with a personal best and lowered her UR program record to 13.75
- Won the Atlantic 10 Championship 4x400 relay and new UR program record, working with Kayla Woods, Rachel Helbling and Brooke Fazio. Posted a time of 57.11 in the third leg.
- At the ECAC Championship, qualified for the 100-meter hurdles after posting a third-place time of 14.97
- Finished second in the 100-meter hurdles at the ECAC Championship, turning in a time of 13.73 to lower her personal best and UR program record
2019-20
Cross Country
- Competed in the Spider Alumni Open, turning in a time of 17:18.1
- Opened the season with a personal best mark of 26.20 in the 200m at the CNU Holiday Open and finished fourth in the 60m hurdles (9.11)
- Continued to drop time in the 60m hurdles (8.98) at the VMI Keydet Invitational
- Finished sixth in the 60m hurdles (9.28) and seventh in the 500m (1:22.19) at the Patriot Games
- At the Penn State National Open, turned in a personal best time of 40.82 in the 300m to finish 11th and helped the 4x400m relay to a third-place finish (3:50.70)
- Broke the 60m hurdles program record with at time of 8.72 in the prelims at the Camel City Classic
- At the VMI Classic, lowered the UR program record in the 60m hurdles to 8.70 in the semifinals and finished fourth in the finals with a time of 8.85
- At the Atlantic 10 Championship:
- Finished fifth in the 60m hurdles prelim with a time of 8.72
- Powered to a silver medal and a new UR program record time of 8.63 in the 60m hurdles
- Turned in a personal best time of 7.83 in the 60m dash
- Helped the 4x400m relay team to a fourth-place finish (3:52.61)
High School
- Sprinter and long hurdle specialist from Richmond, Va.
- Placed fourth at the 2019 VHSL Class 5 State Championships in the 300m hurdles, running a PR of 44.22
- Finished in the top-3 at the Region 5B Indoor & Outdoor Championships seven different times, including individual victories in the 100m and 300m hurdles in 2018.
- Was also part of Highland Springs relay teams throughout her career.
