While at Riverside High School in Durham, NC set his personal best in the 3200m (9:53.00) placing place 2^nd in the 2020 RCV Meet and in the 1600m (4:32.20) to win the 2019 Durham County Outdoor Championships. While at UNC ran personal bests of 25:41 in the 8K at the 2023 VCU Health 8K and 15:53 for 5k in the 2023 NIRCA Outdoor Track & Field Championships held in Richmond, Virginia.
