Chaz Coleman enters his second season as the Director of Operations for head coach Russ Huesman in 2018. Coleman handles scheduling, travel and day-to-day operation duties for the Spiders and the coaching staff.

This marks the second tenure for Coleman with the Spiders. He was a graduate assistant in 2016 during the Spiders’ run to the FCS semifinals, assisting the Director of Operations.

Coleman played four seasons at Saint Vincent College, where he spent a year coaching as well. He also has experience at the NFL level, interning in marketing with both the Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington Redskins.

Coleman earned his Master’s degree from VCU’s Center for Sports Leadership.
