John Srofe enters his fifth season at the University of Richmond and the sixth season overall on Russ Huesman’s staff in 2021. He is in his third season as the Spiders recruiting coordinator and director of football operations.
Srofe started at Richmond as video coordinator for the Spiders and also spent the 2016 season in the same position at Chattanooga. Prior to his season at Chattanooga, Srofe spent a year as the video coordinator at Wofford. He is a 2015 graduate of Northern Kentucky.
