- Delaware marked the second-most rushing yards in a game in his career and the Spiders' first 100-yard rusher since he posted 117 against Yale in 2019.
- Rushed for a season-high 116 yards on 14 carries, (averaging 8.3 yards per carry) while scoring a pair of touchdowns vs. Towson.
- Accounted for 295 total yards of offense and five total touchdowns. Mancuso connected on 13-of-21 for 179 yards and three scores through the air in a victor over Delaware (Nov. 13).
- Added 36 rushing yards on nine carries vs. Towson.
- Delivered 155 yards going 16-of-28 in a victory over Towson (Nov. 6).
- Added 44 rushing yards and one touchdown vs. New Hampshire.
- Threw for 291 yards going 19-of-26, posting three touchdowns in a victory over New Hampshire (Oct. 30).
- Threw for 196 yards going 24-of-43, scoring one touchdown vs Stony Brook.

2019
- Started nine games at quarterback and played in 10 games under center while appearing in all 12 games (holder).
- Passed for 2,128 yards on 164-of-259 passing for 13 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
- Finished eighth in the Colonial Athletic Association in passing yardage and second in completion percentage at 63.3 percent.
- Led the team in rushing with 647 yards on 136 carries.
- Led all quarterbacks in the CAA in rushing.
- Ran for 10 touchdowns on the ground, the most for a quarterback in the CAA.

2018
- Appeared in nine games making four starts at quarterback.
- Got his first collegiate start against Delaware (Oct. 6) where he set a school record for total offense with 560 yards (489 passing, 71 rushing).
- Led the team with 354 yards rushing on 67 carries, averaging 5.3 yards per carry.
- Led the Spiders with three rushing touchdowns, including a season-long 30-yard touchdown run against Albany (Oct. 13).
- Completed 80-of-137 passing for 1,185 and seven touchdowns.
- Completed his first collegiate pass at Virginia (Sept. 1).
- Averaged 11.2 yards per carry in the win over Fordham, going for 67 yards on six carries.
- Went a perfect 1-for-1 with a 29-yard touchdown against Fordham.
- Went 27-for-37 for 489 yards and three touchdowns against Delaware, while rushing for 71 yards and a score on 15 carries.
- Followed his school-record start with a 27-for-41 performance for 286 yards while adding 11 carries for 50 yards and a touchdown in the win over Albany (Oct. 13).
- Threw two touchdowns on 12-for-28 passing for 215 yards against Elon (Oct. 20) and rushed 11 times for 46 yards.
- Ran for a season-high 71 yards on 11 carries and a touchdown against Villanova (Nov. 3).
