- Ran an ECAC Championships qualifying mark of 4:57.11 in the Mile at the Rutgers Scarlet Knight Open at the NYC Armory
- Member of the second place DMR Squad at the Patriot Games (12:25.46)
- Took the fifth place finish in the mile at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships (5:03.54)
- Had a successful Fred Hardy Invitational as she claimed the 7th place finish in the 1500m (4:41.32 – personal best) and the 9th place finish in the 800m (2:16.51 – personal best)
- A member of the 4th place 4X1500M Relay team at the Colonial Relays (19:21.49)
- Finished 5th at the 2020 Indoor New Jersey Meet of Champions in the 1600m
- Finished 6th at the 2021 Outdoor New Jersey Meet of Champions in the 1600m
- High School All-American, running on the 2021 2nd place 4x800m and 5th place DMR teams at the Nike National Championships
- While at the University of Maryland she ran 5:02.57 at the Dr. Sander Invitational Columbia Challenge to place 33rd

- Daughter of Kelli and Jared Colflesh
- Has two siblings, Ryan and Lindsay. Sister, Lindsay, is also on the track team. Jared was part of the Gettysburg cross country and track and field team.
