Cynthia McMillan came to the University of Richmond following several years working in Virginia's state government. McMillan serves as the coach of the Richmond cheerleading team.
McMillan also serves as the Manager of Member Services in UR's Department of University Recreation. In that role, she is responsible for membership sales and all member services operations at the Weinstein Center.
McMillan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Norfolk State University with concentrations in Education and Psychology and has also worked at Virginia State University in Ettrick, Va.
