Ian Walker joined Richmond in July of 2023. He works with the swimming and diving program, and has helped both to conference titles during his time at UR. He also has worked with the Spider Field Hockey program.
Prior to Richmond, Walker was on the Frostburg State athletic training staff and made stops at Lindenwood and Longwood universities. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and his Master’s Degree in Counseling Education from Longwood University.
Walker is a certified athletic trainer through BOC, licensed in the commonwealth of Virginia and a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.
