Jack Bain joined the Richmond Athletics Department in February 2025. He will be the primary event and game day operations contact for field hockey, women's basketball and women's lacrosse. He will manage student game day workers schedules as well.

A 2024 graduate of James Madison University, Bain received his bachelor's of science in sport and recreation management. He also collected a minor in general business and sport communications.

Bain was an athletic facilities and events student assistant from 2021-2024. He worked alongside football facility operations at Bridgeforth Stadium, including assisting with the transition of JMU Football from the FCS to FBS level, as well when the Dukes joined the Sun Belt Conference in 2022. Bain also served as a facility manager for many other sporting and special events.

Following graduation, Bain joined the athletic department full time as the facility coordinator for JMU Field Hockey in June of 2024. He oversaw its facility operations during its inaugural season in the MAC, while also continuing to assist with football facility and event operations.

Bain also interned with the Virginia State Golf Association in 2022 as a tournament operations intern. He served as an operations assistant at Augusta National Golf Club during The Masters in April of 2024.
