Joe Olivadoti joined the University of Richmond athletic training staff in July 2019 and will be his sixth year as head football athletic trainer for the Spiders in 2024-25.
Olivadoti come to UR after working as the head football athletic trainer at Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, N.C. and prior to that was a seasonal intern with the Carolina Panthers during the 2016 season. He earned his Masters of Science in Kinesiology from The University of Connecticut, serving as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with Football from 2014-2016. He received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Kean University (N.J.) in 2014.
Joe is a certified athletic trainer through BOC, licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. Born and raised in Ocean Township, N.J. and currently lives in North Chesterfield with his wife and dog.
