Flint joined Richmond in September 2026 following stints in the Athletics Compliance office at Virginia, George Washington, and VCU. In her role, Flint provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of Richmond’s athletics compliance program and manages the department’s name, image, and likeness (NIL) initiatives. She is also the primary liaison to key campus offices including Financial Aid, the Registrar, and the Bursar’s Office.

Prior to joining UR, Flint more than 18 months as the Director of Compliance at the University of Virginia. With the Cavaliers, she directed NCAA rules education efforts targeted at student-athletes, coaches, and staff while assisting with UVA's implementation of the House v. NCAA settlement.

Following her graduation from the University of Richmond School of Law in May 2022, she began a two-and-a-half year term as an NCAA Compliance Coordinator at George Washington University. Flint also spent a year at VCU as the department's NCAA Compliance intern during the 2021-22 school year.

Flint received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from VCU in 2018, where she was a member of the women’s lacrosse team.
