Sadie Simmons serves as the Recruiting Coordinator for Compliance and arrived in Richmond in August 2010.

She is responsible for supporting all Spider Athletics teams with a focus on compliance and education related to recruiting efforts, the admission process, and NCAA initial eligibility.

In addition, she serves as the liaison between the Athletics Department and the Admission Office, Financial Aid Office, and Housing Office.

Prior to Richmond, Simmons worked at the University of Virginia in a variety of roles with some responsibilities that included travel management for athletic teams, administration of the athletics admission process for incoming recruits, and administrative support to multiple programs.
