Spider Invitational Brings Holiday Hoops to the Robins Center

If you're looking for something to do during the weekend between Christmas and New Year's - we've got just the ticket! The Spider Invitational Men's Basketball Tournament brings together three state teams and a squad from the Ivy League.
Friday Night December 28th Richmond renews one of its oldest in-state rivalries, hosting VMI at 6:30. At 8:30, James Madison meets Cornell. The consolation and championship games are set for Saturday December 29 at 6:30 and 8:30pm.
The Spiders (5-5) are returning to the Robins Center after a five-game road trip which included wins in their past two games as part of the Las Vegas Classic.
