Richmond Athletics And SunTrust Mortgage Create Fan Zone

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - It has never been easier to enjoy the excitement of Richmond Spiders basketball.
SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. is sponsoring the Fan Zone, a new seating section where tickets to select Spider games are complimentary as long as seats last.
At those games, fans who come to the Robins Center ticket window can request a game ticket, courtesy of SunTrust Mortgage, to sit in the new Fan Zone. The SunTrust Mortgage Fan Zone is located in the upper level of sections 3, 9, 14 and 20 and will be distinguished by special contests and prizes for those who sit there.
A limited number of tickets are available to the Fan Zone and can only be obtained at the upper ambulatory Robins Center box office that opens 90 minutes prior to tip-off and is only open on game days. Because the Fan Zone will be a popular draw to the Richmond Community, fans will want to arrive early to ensure they obtain a ticket.
The first SunTrust Mortgage Fan Zone takes place on Dec. 23 when the Spiders host Providence at 7:30 p.m. Bring the kids to meet Santa Claus and be sure to bring your camera to capture the memories.
