The inaugural season of women's golf at the University of Richmond provided several courageous efforts and a steady improvement that found the Spiders in fourth at the inaugural CAA women's golf championships.
Playing with four or five freshman at most tournaments, the Spiders learned at every turn under CAA Women's Golf Coach of the Year LaRee Sugg. Their experience and dedication laid a solid groundwork for future success.
