Women's Soccer Falls To Tennessee, 2-0

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Senior Megan Cox made 10 saves as the University of Richmond women's soccer team fell to 13th-ranked Tennessee, 2-0, in Knoxville at the First Tennessee Classic.
The Lady Vols' Kayla Lockaby scored the game's first goal in the 27th minute before her teammate Keeley Dowling completed the scoring at 41:28.
Tennessee outshot Richmond 28-2 and earned four corner kicks to the Spiders' 0. Whitney Sikes and Liana Wooten were the only Spiders to attempt a shot.
Richmond returns to action at Noon on Sunday against No. 21 Denver.
