Jessie Wolfe Named Atlantic 10 Women's Soccer Rookie Of Week

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - University of Richmond freshman Jessie Wolfe (Germantown, Md.) was named Atlantic 10 Women's Soccer Rookie of the Week after tallying six points in the Spiders' first four matches.
Wolfe leads Richmond with 14 shots and recorded a point in each of the Spiders' first three matches. She scored her first collegiate goal and added an assist in Richmond's 3-2 loss at James Madison on Aug. 26.
The three-time all-stater from Damascus High also scored a goal in the Spiders' 3-0 win over East Carolina on Aug. 28 and notched her second assist of the season in a 2-1 win over Old Dominion on Sept. 2.
The Spiders are off to a 2-2 start and will play in the VCU/Eurosport Invitational this weekend with games against UNLV on Friday and Florida Atlantic on Sunday.
