Junior Peter Thomas tied a career-high for 3-pointers in a game with three.

Senior Kevin Steenberge, who is second on Richmond's career list for blocks, swatted two shots to give him 145 for his career. He now has 62 this season, needing three blocks to tie Tim Faulconer for third on the single-season list.

Richmond lost its seventh-straight game and remains winless in the month of February. The Spiders wrap-up the brutal month with their sixth road contest in the last eight games on Saturday at Saint Joseph's.

The Spiders dropped to 1-9 on the road this season and 2-10 outside of the Robins Center.

Richmond lost for the first time in the Liacouras Center. The Spiders had won their previous two meetings in the building. Temple now leads the all-time series 6-5.

Richmond tied season-lows for points in the first half (14 vs. Wake Forest) and points in the second half (16 vs. Old Dominion).

Senior Jermaine Bucknor played a career-high 40 minutes.

Richmond had three turnovers in the first five possessions, but finished the game with just 12 turnovers.

The Spiders shot a season-low 13.8 percent (4-for-29) from 3-point land.

Richmond shot 26.7 percent from the field (12-for-45), while Temple made 51 percent of their shots (7-for-18).
