Women's Soccer Hosts James Madison On Tuesday

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - The Richmond women's soccer team will host James Madison on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at First Market Stadium, as both teams contend for its first win of the season.
The Spiders (0-3-0) opened their season with an 0-2 mark at the JMU/Comfort Inn Invitational and are coming off a 1-0 battle with cross-city rival VCU on Sunday night Sophomore. Julia Bizer leads all Spiders after scoring their lone goal of the JMU/Comfort Inn Invitational, earning her All-Tournament honors.
The Dukes (0-3-0) also opened with an 0-2 mark at the JMU/Comfort Inn Invitational and are fresh off a 3-1 loss at South Carolina on Sunday.
James Madison leads the Spider-Dukes series 9-5-1 and has won the last two meetings, including a close game in the Spiders' season opener at the JMU/Comfort Inn Invitational last season. Jessie Wolfe and Ali LeVIne notched in goals in Richmond's 3-2 loss to the Dukes.
"There is a great rivalry going back over 10 years and it always seems to be a great game," stated Albright. "We are looking forward to playing them at our place."

Following Tuesday night's contest, the Spiders will resume action this weekend at the Penn Invitational where they will play Princeton on Friday and Pennsylvania on Sunday.
