This was the second time in the last four games that a Spider opponent shot over 40 free throws, while Richmond shot less than 20. Saturday against UMass, the Minutemen shot 43 free throws compared to 18 for the Spiders.

The Spiders grabbed a season-low in rebounds for the second-straight game. Richmond had just 13 rebounds against UMass and 14 against Temple on Wednesday.
For the second straight game the Spiders trailed by five points or less with under nine minutes to play in the game, but lost by 16 or more.
