UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - The Richmond men's basketball team led by as many as 10 in the second half, but VCU came back to pull out a 77-76 victory in the Farm Bureau Insurance Black & Blue Classic at the Robins Center.
Richmond led by 10 with 12:16 to play, but the Rams quickly cut that gap to one with 9:47 left. Richmond would lead by four with 4:20 to play, but Eric Maynor scored six-straight points to put VCU up 73-71 with 1:56 to play.
