Spiders Announce Baseball Radio Schedule On ESPN 950

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - The University of Richmond together with the Spiders' flagship station ESPN Radio 950 have announced a 10-game baseball broadcast schedule for the 2008 season. The first game airs locally on the radio and worldwide on the web Saturday against La Salle.
"We're very excited to have our games on the radio," said first-year head coach Mark McQueen. "It helps further extend Spider baseball to the Richmond community and gives parents and fans all over the world a chance to hear us play."
ESPN Radio can by found at 950AM and on the internet at www.espn950am.com. All games will be carried live.
Beginning with Saturday's game at 1 p.m., the 10-game schedule features six home games and four road games at VMI (April 1), at VCU (April 15) and two games at Charlotte (May 9-10).
