Team Notes
Richmond finished the season 6-5 - its sixth-consecutive winning season. It stands as the longest streak of consecutive winning seasons at Richmond since seven-straight in last 1920s.
The loss at William & Mary snaps a five-game winning streak by Richmond in the series. The Tribe increased its lead in the all-time series to 60-55-5.
The 38-point margin represents the most-lopsided game in the series since a 42-point win by W&M (49-7) in 1991.
Richmond had won the last two games in the series thanks to an overtime field goal in 2008 (23-20) and a last-second field goal in 2009 (13-10).
Richmond fell to 39-8 (since the 2005 season) when scoring first.
Player Notes
Senior LB Eric McBride, who started all 54 games in his career, finished his Richmond career with 445 tackles - ranked second all-time at Richmond.
Senior DT Martin Parker also played all 54 games in his career (53 starts) and finished ranked ninth on the Spiders' all-time sacks list (19).
Senior Justin Rogers collected 75 yards in kickoff returns, and finished his career as the CAA's all-time leader in that category (2,561).
Sophomore K Wil Kamin booted a 22-yard FG Saturday, and finished the regular-season as CAA Football's most accurate field goal kicker at 91% (10-of-11).
