With the men's basketball team in Dayton preparing for tonight's Atlantic 10 showdown, there is NO Spider Sportsline today at Outback. The live radio show returns next Tuesday with Hall of Fame coach Dick Tarrant scheduled to be Coach Mooney's special guest at the restaurant.
When the program returns next week, fans, alumni and corporate partners are encouraged to enjoy lunch at Outback and be a part of the show, which will include phone calls, questions from the audience and emails. Listeners can call the live program at (804) 345-0950 or toll-free at 1-877-994-4950. Emails to be answered on-the-air can be sent anytime to spidersportsline@richmond.edu.
The Spider Sportsline will air live from Outback Steakhouse, 7917 W. Broad St., Tuesdays from noon-1 p.m. on ESPN Radio 950 and RichmondSpiders.com throughout the season, except today, as the team is on the road at Dayton.
Outback Steakhouse, 7917 W. Broad St., is open for lunch Monday-Friday at 11:30am and Sundays at noon, with a variety of lunch specials.
