2011-12 Men's Basketball Schedule
UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - Richmond announced its home game times for the 2011-12 season, beginning with a 7:30 p.m. home opener against American on Nov. 11 when the 2010-11 Atlantic 10 Champion and Sweet 16 team will be honored.
Richmond's home game against Sacred Heart on Saturday, Nov. 19 at 5 p.m. will be the second game of a doubleheader with the football team, which hosts William & Mary at noon at Robins Stadium.
Richmond's game on Wednesday, Dec. 14 has been set for 3 p.m. to accommodate Iona's need to travel back to New Rochelle, N.Y. for final exams.
Four of Richmond's home games will be on television. The Spiders host Temple on Jan. 14 at 7 p.m. and Massachusetts on Jan. 21 at 5 p.m. on the CBS Sports Network. The Feb. 11 game against George Washington is at 5 p.m. on ESPNU and the Feb. 29 game against Dayton is at 7 p.m. on CBS Sports Regional.
