OUTER BANKS, N.C. -- With one round complete at the ODU/OBX Collegiate, the
Richmond men's golf team is 14th.
The Spiders posted a 300 as a team Sunday, with senior Brad Miller leading the way with his 74 on the par-72, 6,559-yard Kilmarlic Golf Club in the Outer Banks, N.C.
Miller sits T34th after 18 holes in the tournament that continues Monday and concludes Tuesday.
Freshmen Colin McDade and Danny Pizetoski are each a strioke back of Miller and tied for 42nd, while sophomore Jack Wilkes carded a 76 and is T55th. Junior Nick Austin posted an 81 and is T78th.
The University of Georgia shot 271 Sunday and the individual leader is the Bulldogs' T.J. Mitchell (64).
