Spiders Host No. 21 Tribe Thursday At Robins Stadium

Richmond hosts No. 21 William & Mary Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at Robins Stadium in the first of two games at home this weekend.
Becca Wann is coming off being named A-10 Player of the Week for the second time in her career, after scoring three goals and assisting on another in a 4-0 win over Old Dominion. Wann was the first Spider to notch a hat trick since 2002.
Wann has 29 shots on the season, 11 of which were registered against Old Dominion.
Richmond Lately: The Spiders went 1-1 last weekend with a convincing 4-0 victory over ODU on Thursday at Robins Stadium. Wann led the charge with three tallies and Emily Dale added the other score. Melissa Pacheco had three saves.
The Spiders dropped a 2-0 decision at JMU Sunday. Richmond outshot James Madison, 19-18, and was led by Wann's four tries. Pacheco had seven saves in the net for Richmond.
William & Mary Lately: The Tribe enter Thursday's game ranked No. 21 in the nation after starting the season 4-0-1. William & Mary's most notable win was a 3-1 victory over No. 13 Georgetown over the weekend. Emory Camper leads Tribe scoring with four goals, three assists, 11 points and 13 shots on the season. Camper had two of the Tribe's three goals in the win over the Hoyas.
Richmond is 0-8-1 in the series with William & Mary taking last year's meeting 1-0 in Williamsburg, Va.
The Spiders continue their homestand with Liberty Sunday at 6 p.m. at Robins Stadium.
