Spiders Host American Saturday At Robins Stadium

Richmond Lately: Becca Wann returned to the Spiders in impressive fashion, accounting for both scores in Richmond's 2-0 win over Old Dominion last Friday in Norfolk. Crystal Koczot assisted with the first tally and Kristen Lybert was credited with the assist in the second goal. Senior goalkeeper Andrea Young had five saves in goal. Richmond improved to 3-5-0 on the year.
American Lately: The Eagles tied George Washington 1-1 on Tuesday. Erin Mulhern had the score for American. The Eagles moved to 2-6-2 on the season.
Last Time Out: Richmond blanked American, 2-0, in last year's match-up in the nation's capital. Saturday marks the final game of the non-conference season for both squads.
Up Next: Richmond opens its A-10 schedule at George Washington Sept. 28 at 4 p.m.
