PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Senior Jack Wilkes is tied for sixth and the Richmond men's golf team is in fourth place out of 17 teams after 18 holes of the Temple Invitational, played Saturday at Philmont, Country Club.
The Spiders shot a 10-over 290 and are eight shots off the lead entering Sunday's final round of the 36-hole tournament.
Wilkes shot an even-par 70, sitting two shots out of second place on the 6,670-yard course.
Richmond junior Danny Pizetoski and freshman Keegan Hoff each shot 3-over 73s to sit in a tie for 17th place.
Spider juniors Colin McDade and Austin Romeo each shot 4-over 74s and are tied for 32nd.
