RS.com: Why did you choose Richmond?
J.B. Gadd: University of Richmond provided me with an opportunity to gain a world-class business degree while playing college baseball at its highest level, against some of the best teams in the country. You simply cannot find that in many other places.
RS: Three words that describe you best…
JG: Leadership, determination, accountability
RS: Favorite MLB team?
JG: Texas Rangers
RS: Favorite MLB player of all-time?
JG: Craig Biggio
RS: What is your dream job?
JG: Professional hunter/fisherman
RS: Any pregame superstitions?
JG: Same tape each game and a few handshakes with teammates and coaches
RS: One thing most people don't know about you?
JG: I spent an entire semester at Richmond with a missing front tooth.
RS: Biggest accomplishment?
JG: Elected University of Richmond's SAAC representative within the Atlantic 10 Conference SAAC
RS: Best piece of advice you've been given by a coach?
JG: One putt
RS: Best memory from playing little league?
JG: Countless doubles off of a young Andrew Blum
