
Women's Tennis Edges Appalachian State, 4-3

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Richmond women's tennis team downed the Appalachian State, 4-3, at the College of Charleston Tennis Complex Monday.
The doubles portion proved to be the area where the Spiders gained momentum and solidified the win. The teams made up of Melissa Kandinata, Anna Abadias Morales, Brittany Boys, Katya Salas, Elizabeth Sims, and Denny Lamachia swept the doubles portion of the match.
This win brings the Spiders to a 4-5 record on the season.
Richmond will be back in action Thursday, March 13 when they take on College of Charleston at the College of Charleston Tennis Complex at 2:00 p.m.
