Conder Leads Spiders On First Day At Eagle Landing

ORANGE PARK, Fla. – The University of Richmond Spiders women's golf team carded a first round team score of 306 (+18) at the Eagle Landing Invitational on Friday.
After 18 holes, the Spiders are tied for 13th place. Delaware leads the 16-team tournament with a score of 291 (+3).
Senior Lauren Conder led the way for Richmond on Friday morning, carding a 71 (-1) to sit in a tie for third place after the first round of play. Conder finished her round strong, totaling two birdies on the final two holes of the day.
Playing in her first tournament of the season, junior Eliza Breed got off to a solid start, shooting a 77 (+5) to tie for 51st. Senior Krystin Schwarze was right behind her, tying for 60th after the first round with a total of 78 (+6).
Sophomore Kira Kuhnert is tied for 70th with a score of 80 (+8), while classmate Alicia Reggiannini is 90th with a total of 84 (+12). Playing as an individual, sophomore Tiara Baskerville is tied for 84th after shooting a 83 (+11).
