Lauren Conder Leads Spiders At Eagle Landing

ORANGE PARK, Fla. – The University of Richmond Spiders women's golf team concluded play at the Eagle Landing Invitational on Sunday.
The Spiders carded a final round team score of 323 (+35) to finish the event in 15th place with a total of 941 (+77). Elon won the 16-team tournament with a score of 892 (+28).
Senior Lauren Conder led the Spiders wire-to-wire at the Eagle Landing Invitational, finishing the tournament in a tie for 26th place with a score of 226 (+10). Conder was solid all weekend, carding rounds of 71-76-79 for Richmond.
Classmate Krystin Schwarze improved every round, culminating with a final round total of 75 (+3) to end in a tie for 35th place with a 54-hole score of 229 (+13). Junior Eliza Breed finished in a tie for 68th place in her first tournament of the year, shooting a 242 (+26).
Sophomore Kira Kuhnert placed 84th at the tournament with a score of 250 (+34), while classmate Alicia Reggiannini tied for 85th with a total of 252 (+36). Playing as an individual, sophomore Tiara Baskerville placed 88th with a score of 259 (+43).
The Richmond Spiders women's golf team will be back on the course on Saturday, March 29 when the team will face the Longwood Lancers in a dual match in Farmville, Va.
