Lauren Conder, Krystin Schwarze Earn All-CAA Honors

RICHMOND, Va. – University of Richmond Spiders senior women's golfer Lauren Conder was named Second-Team All-CAA, while classmate Krystin Schwarze was named to the CAA All-Academic Team on Wednesday, the league office announced.
"I am very proud of both of our seniors for their accomplishments on the golf course and in the classroom," Richmond head coach Maggie Will said.
The honor is the first in the career for Conder and marks the fourth Spider in the last two seasons to be named All-CAA. Schwarze's academic nod is the first in her Richmond career.
Conder capped a great senior season at the CAA Championship, leading the Spider and tying for eighth place overall. On the year, Conder totaled three top-10 and six top-20 finishes.
The Brentwood, Calif. native led the team with her 76.13 stroke average this season – ranking her second all-time on the program's single season scoring list. Conder ended her illustrious career with a stoke average of 78.56, ranking third all-time in school history.
Schwarze enjoyed her best season as a Spider in 2013-14, posting a stroke average of 82.04. The Chelsea, Mich. product had her best showing at the William & Mary Invitational, where she tied for 14th place with a season-best score of 226 (+13).
