PROVIDENCE, Iowa - The Richmond men's golf team moved up the leaderboard on Monday with several strong rounds up and down the lineup in the Golfweek Conference Challenge at the Spirit Hollow Golf Course in Providence, Iowa.

Senior Danny Pizetoski shot an even-par 72, one of just 11 players to shoot par or better on a sloppy Monday of play. The round was delayed four hours due to rain in the area.

Pizetoski moved up 21 spots in the individual leaderboard to a tie for 13th place. His two-round score of 147 is three over par.

Freshman Matthew Lowe shot his second 75 (+3) of the tournament, while junior David Germann made the biggest move of the day for UR, shooting a 75 (+3) after carding an 80 on Sunday.

Keegan Hoff rounded out the scoring with a 79 (+7) for a two-round total of 156.

The Spiders improved from 12th to 10th place as a team with a combined score of 606, trailing ninth-place Austin Peay by just four strokes.

Tuesday's final-round action begins at 8:30 a.m. CT.
