Richmond Spiders Reveal Capital Cup 125 Uniform

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - The Spiders have revealed what they will be wearing on Saturday afternoon when they take the field opposite No. 7 William & Mary in search of the 2015 CAA Championship.
A new white helmet was revealed earlier this week and today the Richmond equipment staff has released an image of senior WR Reggie Diggs dressed in the entire uniform combination for the 125th meeting with the Tribe.
In the image below fans can see that the Spiders will don the new white helmet with the home red jersey that has white numbers with a blue outline and a blue “Richmond” written across the chest. The red top also features blue sleeves with a white Spider logo in the center. The top will be paired with white pants that feature the red Spider logo on the hip. It will be the first time since the home opener opposite VMI that Richmond will pair the red top with white pants.
The game will take place at Noon on Saturday and will be aired live on CSN Mid-Atlantic. The sold-out Robins Stadium crowd will be able to experience various 125-themed events throughout the game including the selection of the best game in the history of the rivalry.
