LAST TIME OUT
The University of Richmond women's basketball team (6-7) put on a display of efficiency on Tuesday night in the Robins Center, shooting over 45 percent and holding Morgan State (2-10) south of 25 percent to run away with a 54-37 victory. Lauren Tolson captained the charge with her first double-double of the season (10 points, 11 rebounds) and the first for any Spider this year. She was one of four Spiders to reach double digits and did so while crossing the 900-point plateau for her career.
Hinds-Clarke Named A-10 Rookie of the Week
Freshman forward, Jaide Hinds-Clarke has been recognized as the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the
Week. The Westwood, N.J. native tossed in 10 points and grabbed seven rebounds in a win
over Furman on the road before the Spiders took off for the Holiday break. She was 4-8 from the
floor and 2-2 from the free throw line all in just 16 minutes of action to help guide the Spiders to
an important victory.
