Richmond Basketball Moves UMBC Game To 7:30 PM Tip

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. – Richmond athletics has announced that Saturday night's game against UMBC will now tip off at 7:30 p.m. in the Robins Center. The game was originally scheduled for 6 p.m.
The Richmond-UMBC matchup will air on Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic Plus with streaming coverage available on the Atlantic 10 Digital Network.
The change allows for Spider fans to follow Richmond's playoff football game at Eastern Washington, which airs on ESPN3. The previously scheduled Basketball and Brews event, located in Milhiser Gym, will now include a watch party so fans can enjoy the playoff football game in addition to tasting a variety of local craft beers.
The Basketball and Brews event/watch party will now take place from 4pm-7pm so fans can enjoy the duration of the playoff football game prior to the start of the basketball game. For tickets to the Basketball and Brews event/watch party, fans should click HERE and enter the code BREWS.
