Spiders Set For Historic Penn Relays

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va – The University of Richmond women's track and field team travels to the historic Penn Relays on Thursday and Friday to compete against some of the best competition in the nation.
The Spiders will take part in one event on Thursday and three events on Friday:
Thurs: 4:00 PM - College Women's Long Jump (Janel Francis)
Fri: 11:00 AM – College Women's Triple Jump (Janel Francis)
Fri: 1:20 PM – 4x1500M Championship of America Invitational (Corbosiero, Ruskan, Preschutti, Clevinger)
Fri: 6:25 PM – Sprint Medley Relay Championship (Allen, Francis, Gregory, Hughes)
The Penn Relays (also Penn Relays Carnival) is the oldest and largest track and field competition in the United States, hosted annually since April 21, 1895 by the University of Pennsylvania at Franklin Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
This will be the final tune-up before next weekend's Atlantic 10 Championship event on the campus of George Mason in Fairfax, Va.
