Rusher Leads Spiders At River Landing Classic

WALLACE, N.C. - Isabella Rusher posted a top-20 finish and an under-par round to lead Richmond at the River Landing Classic outside of Wilmington.
Rusher shot a tournament score of 75-70-80=225 (+9) to finish in a tie for 16th overall. She posted the best score on the team.
Elsa Diaz shot 77-77-79=233 (+17), while Marie Donnici shot 79-79-78=236 (+20).
Annie Collom finished at 78-78-86=242 (+26), and Sophie DiPetrillo shot 77-85-83=245 (+29).
Competing as an individual, Maria Pons Cano shot a tournament score of 78-75-83=236 (+20), a new career-best tournament score for her.
As a team, Richmond shot 307-304-320=931 to place 10th overall.
The Spiders return to action on March 27-28 at Kingsmill.
