Basketball Spider Sportsline Premieres Monday At Glory Days Grill On ESPN Richmond

The Spider Sportsline will tip off its inaugural season at Glory Days Grill, 10466 Ridgefield Parkway in the Gleneagles Shopping Center, this Monday, Nov. 26 from 5:30-6:30pm. The program features head men's basketball coach Chris Mooney and special player guests as well as interaction from listeners and fans attending the show. Â
Redshirt sophomore Grant Golden is scheduled to appear on Monday's show. Golden set a career-high with 33 points against Wyoming in the Fort Myers Tip-Off and followed up with a 23-point performance Sunday against Hampton. Golden was named to the Fort Myers Tip-Off All-Tournament team. He now has 32 career double figure games and 13 20-point games.
The Spider Sportsline is hosted by "Voice of the Spiders" Bob Black, and can be heard live on ESPN Richmond's 99.5 & 102.7 FM and 950 AM, as well as online at RichmondSpiders.com, espnrichmond.com, and on the TuneIn app. An audio archive of each week's show is available on the SpiderTV page and in the Audio Vault at espnrichmond.com. Fans in attendance will be able to hear the live program directly on Glory Days Grill's table top audio boxes by tuning to Channel 3.

The Spider Sportsline will be held each Monday from 5:30-6:30pm during the college basketball season, with the exception of a two-week holiday hiatus Dec. 24 and Dec 31, when there will be no shows.
