The Richmond track and field program had a strong weekend at the JDL DRM Invitational with multiple qualifying events for the ECAC and IC4A Championships later this season.

Four women traveled to the JDL DMR invitational: seniors Eryn Mills, juniors Ave Grosenheider and Peyton McGovern and freshman Johanna Lupica all competed in the mile event. Grosenheider snagged a PR and an ECAC qualifying time running the mile in 4:54.39. Behind her, Mills came in at 5:00.22 with a PR, Lupica at 5:13.97 and McGovern at 5:15.23.

Members of the Richmond men's cross country team also ran at the event. Will Alpaugh, Trey Burleson, Noah Yuro and Paul Knepple competed in the DMR event for a time of 10:17.61 for an IC4A qualifying time. Burleson also competed in the men's mile for a time of 4:17.21 and an IC4A qualifying mark. Peter Borger and Miles Clikeman competed in the 3K event, Clikeman running a PR for fifth overall with a time of 8:30.38 which qualifies him for IC4As and Borger coming in 12th overall with a time of 8:47.08.
