Mancuso, "Darlow Rules" Featured On Behind The Web Thursday At Noon On ESPN Richmond

Tune in this Thursday noon-1pm to get the latest on Richmond Football and Spider Athletics when Behind The Web with Head Football Coach Russ Huesman and Friends, presented by Davenport & Company LLC, airs live on ESPN Richmond and RichmondSpiders.com. Â This week's player guest is senior captain Joe Mancuso.
The redshirt senior quarterback from Blairsville, Ga. passed for 2,128 yards and 13 touchdowns last season. He finished second in the CAA in completion percentage (63.3%) while leading all conference quarterbacks in rushing with 647 yards on 136 carries. Mancuso scored 10 rushing touchdowns, the most for a quarterback in the CAA.
This Thursday's show also features a discussion about the Spiders recently announced partnership with brand marketing consultant and author Jeremy Darlow, and his program designed to enhance the Spider student-athlete experience while educating them on ways to grow and develop their personal brands.
Behind The Web, co-hosted by Voice of the Spiders Bob Black and Assistant Athletic Director for Communications Matt McCollester, will air every other Thursday this fall. Upcoming show dates are October 22, November 5 and 19. Listeners and fans are encouraged to interact with the show, anytime, by submitting questions and comments online.Â
