Behind The Web with Head Men's Basketball Coach Chris Mooney will air live for the final time in 2020 this Monday, Dec. 14 from 6-7pm on ESPN Richmond and RichmondSpiders.com.  Atlantic 10 Player of the Week Tyler Burton is the player guest.  The in-studio style program will be held virtually due to Covid-19 guidelines.Â

The Spiders are coming off a 2-1 week with home court victories over Wofford and Northern Iowa and a setback at No. 11 West Virginia. Burton led the Spiders with back-to-back double doubles against UNI and WVU. He established career highs with 21 points and 13 rebounds against the Panthers and followed that up with 14 points and 10 rebounds against the Mountaineers. In earning his first Player of the Week award, he averaged 15.7 points and 10.0 rebounds while shooting 50 percent from the field and 46 percent from three-point range in three games. He is now averaging 13 points and 9.2 rebounds per game.
Coach Mooney and host Bob Black will also preview the upcoming action against Vanderbilt in Nashville Wednesday and the recently-added game in Indianapolis Friday against Loyola-Chicago.
The program, airing live on ESPN 99.5 and 102.7 FM and 950 AM, will be archived on the SpiderTV On Demand page and in the Audio Vault at espnrichmond.com.Â
Behind The Web with Coach Chris Mooney is presented by Food Lion, Luck Chevrolet, BrightSuite, CarMax and Geico. The program will take a two-week holiday hiatus, returning Monday January 4, 2021, with shows scheduled to air each week through the remainder of the college basketball season.Â
