HOW COVID-19 WILL IMPACT THE RICHMOND SPIDERS TICKET OFFICE

The Athletics Department cares deeply about the Richmond Spider community and we want you to know that your health and safety is our top priority. It is important to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19, therefore, our Richmond Spider Ticket Office is taking steps to protect our community in this evolving situation:

There will be no in-person ticket transactions at the Richmond Spider Ticket Office in the Robins Center until further notice.
The most efficient and effective way to communicate with our Spider ticketing staff is via email at URTickets@Richmond.edu.
All voicemail inquiries left at 1-877-SPIDER-1 will be returned onWednesdays before 3 p.m.
The Spider football season ticket renewal deadline has been pushed back to Friday, May 15 and we will keep all season ticket holders informed of any additional messaging if needed.
Deposits for new Spider football and/or men's basketball season tickets can be placed online HERE. For questions, please email or call as mentioned above.
