Court Painted as Queally Athletics Center Nears Completion

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. -- Painting of the court at the Queally Athletics Center was completed on Monday as the new practice facility for Spider basketball nears completion. Richmond's men's and women's basketball programs are expected to move into the facility, which also has locker rooms, lounges, strength and conditioning rooms, hydrotherapy pools, an athletic training suite and a nutrition bar, at the end of the month.Â
The adjoining Millhiser Gymnasium, which will host Richmond's Student-Athlete Development Center and offices for Spider basketball coaches, is also expected to be completed soon.Â
