Record-Setting Reynolds Joins Coach Huesman On Behind The Web Thursday At Noon On 106.1 ESPN
11/10/2021 | Football, General, Spider Athletic Fund
Head coach Russ Huesman welcomes CAA Defensive Player of the Week Darius Reynolds on this Thursday's Behind The Web, airing live from noon-1pm on 106.1 ESPN, richmondspiders.com, and espnrichmond.com. Reynolds recorded a career-high 4.5 sacks, setting a program-record for sacks in a game, eclipsing the mark of 4.0 set multiple times, the last in the 2008 National Championship game by Lawrence Sidbury. Reynolds, a graduate student from Yorktown, added eight tackles and forced a fumble that was recovered by Kobie Turner in the end zone for a Spider touchdown.
